Return Policy for Milk & Dairy Products
At Dhood Box, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality milk and dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Milk and fresh dairy products such as:
- Milk (cow/buffalo/toned/full cream)
- Curd
- Buttermilk
- Paneer
- Cream and other fresh dairy items
cannot be returned once delivered, unless there is a quality-related issue.
✅ Eligible for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- The product is spoiled, sour, or leaked
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product is expired or incorrectly delivered
⏱ Reporting Time
All issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery on the same day.
📸 Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Order ID or invoice
- Clear photo or video of the product showing the issue
💰 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are completed within 3–5 business days
- In some cases, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund
🚚 Delivery Issues
If the delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, the order will not be eligible for refund.
