Return Policy for Milk & Dairy Products

At Dhood Box, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality milk and dairy products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

Non-Returnable Items

Milk and fresh dairy products such as:

  • Milk (cow/buffalo/toned/full cream)
  • Curd
  • Buttermilk
  • Paneer
  • Cream and other fresh dairy items

cannot be returned once delivered, unless there is a quality-related issue.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is spoiled, sour, or leaked
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The product is expired or incorrectly delivered

Reporting Time

All issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery on the same day.

📸 Proof Required

To process your request, please share:

  • Order ID or invoice
  • Clear photo or video of the product showing the issue

💰 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are completed within 3–5 business days
  • In some cases, a replacement may be provided instead of a refund

🚚 Delivery Issues

If the delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, the order will not be eligible for refund.
